After graduating from Torrington Beauty Academy, Joyce traveled and
lived in several places around the country gaining experience in many
different aspects of the hair industry. In Oregon she specialized in
haircutting and perming. On Maui she worked in world class hotels
providing haircolor and blowdries.
Her many years or experience leads to a versatility that blends to create
her individual style. After moving home to Torrington,Joyce found that
working in a progressive salon such as HBYD sparked her enthusiasm to
continue education through current classes. She has completed several
haircolor, haircutting, and product knowledge classes in recent years.
