I have been driving to HBYD from Yale
University on Thursday nights to see Carissa
for years! Yes, there are a few other salons on my
way home from New Haven, but HBYD is my
favorite place. How in the world do they make me
feel so special and as if am their only client?! I

and friendships I've made over the years) and
